When is the Service Charge & Ground Rent Due
These are both invoiced half yearly and are due on 24th March & 29th of September respectively.

Why has the Service charge increased ?
We have reviewed the 2020 budget figures and some costs have risen due to unforeseen circumstances. The report indicated that we will need to increase the overall service charge by £50 a year, equating to £25 per half year invoice.

Whom agrees this increase ?
The budget is prepared by Jordan & Cook and then presented to Pharos Quay Directors for discussion and agreement. The Directors act upon all property owners behalf and will agree any additional expenditure and raise any issues with owners at the AGM.

When is the next AGM ?
Due to recent issues with Covid-19 there ahs been no meetings planned. However the Directors are looking at arranging a AGM as soon as practicalities of meetings can be arranged following government guidelines.

I wish to speak to the Directors ?
The Directors can be contacted through Jordan & Cook, currently we have three Directors whom share the responsibility of overall decisions on the owners behalf. If you would like to get more actively involved then please contact through Jordan & Cook.

Someone has parked in my space, what should I do ?
In the first instance we would suggest you politely ask them to refrain from doing so. If this continues then please contact either Jordan & Cook or your letting agency for further assistance.
